Air Conditioning Technician/Electrician: FULL TIME

Specializing in the installation, maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation and air conditioning, the Air Conditioning Service Technician will work on servicing our clients within the Sydney area. The role would suit someone who is an air conditioning mechanic, air conditioning installer, an air conditioning service technician or electrician who wish to start or further their experience in the air conditioning trade.

Skills and experience of Air Conditioning Mechanic / Technician (Preferred but not Required):

  • NSW Trade qualifications in Air Conditioning / Refrigeration

  • Arctick Refrigeration Handling Licence
  • WHS construction card (White Card)
  • Australian Drivers Licence (REQUIRED)

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you are expected to:

  • Generate new business with new clients

Handyman: FULL TIME / PART TIME

Working closely with our field services team, this role would be to assist in a range of handyman tasks required as part of our turnkey solutions to clients. We are looking for someone who has a background as either a carpenter or is confident in general remedial building works to join our Sydney based team. The role requires the individual to be experienced in general remedial works, self directed and able to work well with teams in order to satisfy customer’s expectations.

As a Handyman, some of the responsibilities you will have:

  • General maintenance and repairs
  • Carry out inspections and prepare quotation details
  • Assist in the installation of componentry for projects with tradesman
  • Remedial works including patching and painting
  • General carpentry including framework, flooring and ceiling works
  • General building works including concreting,  tiling and waterproofing
  • Assist in running storeroom/warehouse areas including stocktake
  • Pickup and Drop off of materials from suppliers to sites
  • Oversee building works or general maintenance completed by others

Service Coordinator: FULL TIME

As a Service Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth running of the service office and assist technicians in their field duties. Furthermore, should aim to improve company administration procedures and day-to-day operations.

This role requires working closely with field technicians and the office team in order to effectively schedule and allocate work. Strong communication and organisational skills in a fast paced environment are key skills required in order to liaise with a range of suppliers, customers and employees.

  • Coordinating and scheduling incoming work with customers, suppliers and field technicians
  • Performing clerical duties, including, but not limited to, mailing and filing correspondence, placing orders, and answering calls
  • Interaction with clients, visitors, and vendors
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail
  • Arranging meetings by reserving rooms and managing refreshments
