What is your role at the company, and what are your
primary responsibilities?
I am the administrative services manager. My role is to oversee the daily office operations and ensure efficiency and effectiveness. I spend most of my time reviewing and implementing procedures to streamline our operations process, as well as working closely with our compliance team to ensure all the small things are taken care of for our clients.
How did you get started in this industry?
I originally started at Frigcorp as an office assistant and have had the opportunity to learn and grow within the company into the position I am in today.
What is your professional background or educational experience?
I have over 20 years’ experience working in Business Administrations & Accounts
Can you describe a project or achievement you're particularly proud of?
I am really proud of implementing and overseeing changes in our Job Management and Customer Relationship Management softwares over the years. Some of these changes have profoundly supported the business's growth. By carefully managing these systems, I have ensured they have been nurtured and matured alongside the ever-evolving technology and compliance landscape. These software solutions have enabled our staff to consistently deliver the high level of service our clients have come to expect from us.
What do you enjoy most about working at Frigcorp?
What I enjoy most about working at Frigcorp is the strong relationships I’ve built over the past two decades. The family-like atmosphere creates a positive and fulfilling work environment, making each day enjoyable and giving me a true sense of belonging
What’s a fun fact about you that people might not know?
I was born in Germany (Bremen) to Dutch and Persian parents and moved to Australia in my twenties.
