I'm the Business Operations Manager here, where I focus on streamlining processes and implementing business strategies across all areas of the company. I work on a variety of medium to large projects, always aiming for efficiency and customer satisfaction. My trade background helps me ensure that our clients expectations are clearly communicated to our field services team and the desired outcome is achieved.

I began my journey as an electrical apprentice at Frigcorp. From there, I completed my trade studies and dove into air conditioning and refrigeration. In 2019, I transitioned into a more office based role assisting with business development and operations. Throughout my career, I've taken on various training opportunities and courses to sharpen my technical skills, particularly in project management, integration, and security system architecture.

My professional journey started in customer service and logistic before I jumped into an apprenticeship and started university studies. I’ve earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major on Operations and Law, along with a Certificate III in Electrotechnology (Electrician) and a Certificate III in Air-conditioning & Refrigeration.

I’m really proud of introducing and overseeing several High-Level-Interface projects, including our Parking Payment Solution, Destination Control Lift Integration, and Parcel Delivery Locker System. These projects have made a significant impact on our operations and customer experience.
