As the Client and Projects Manager, I oversee client engagement and ensure compliance projects run seamlessly. My responsibilities include managing AFSS projects, driving sales opportunities, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, and coordinating service delivery across multiple teams. I work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure regulatory compliance is achieved on time. Additionally, I guide project teams, resolve challenges, and deliver outcomes that exceed client expectations.

My interest in mechanical and electrotechnology began in high school, where I was offered an apprenticeship in air conditioning and refrigeration at just 15 years old. That opportunity launched my career, providing a strong technical foundation that later enabled me to progress into project leadership, compliance, and client relationship roles.

I bring over 15 years of industry experience, specialising in commercial, residential, and mining HVAC, compliance services, sales, and project management and delivery. My career has progressed from hands-on technical roles into client relationship management, sales, and project leadership. I hold a Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, with additional expertise in AFSS (Annual Fire Safety Statements), HVAC commissioning, energy audits, dilapidation reporting, and fire and essential services testing. Over time, I have developed strong skills in sales strategy, client engagement, and end-to-end service management, ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standards.

I’ve had the privilege of delivering a wide range of projects across the industry. Some of the most rewarding achievements include the engineering, design, supply, and installation of high-end commercial, residential, and restaurant fit-outs, where I worked directly with clients to bring their vision to life. I am also proud of my involvement in large-scale projects such as the commissioning, management, consulting, and handover of Sydney Metro train stations, the Sydney Modern Art Gallery, Sydney Football Stadium, Grafton and Brisbane Prisons, Norwest, Newcastle and Canberra Hospitals, W Hotel Sydney, Barangaroo Towers, and The Star Casino.

Beyond that, I love to travel – exploring new places and cultures keeps me inspired and gives me a fresh perspective. These passions keep me balanced, motivated, and bring a unique energy into my professional life.
