What is your role at the company, and what are your primary responsibilities?
My role is to oversee day to day operation. I am responsible for providing technical support to our technicians, acting as a liaison between our technical teams and back office Service Teams. I liaise regularly with clients and provide project support across all facets of the business.
How did you get started in this industry?
I started in the HVAC industry when I started at Frigcorp in 2019 and have gained substantial insight since joining and working alongside some great technical minds.
What is your professional background or educational experience?
I began my career in 2014 as an electrical apprentice in the construction industry and worked in electrical maintenance while completing a Certificate III in Electrotechnology at Meadowbank TAFE. After obtaining my electrical license, I pursued a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration at Ultimo TAFE while working at Frigcorp. I am now licensed in both trades.
Can you describe a project or achievement you're particularly proud of?
During the Covid Pandemic, Frigcorp was tasked with upgrading the security systems of rural centres; I was lucky enough to work on this project which was a great learning experience in thinking outside of the box and delivering projects in a timely manner despite limited supplies. Additionally, it was a rewarding chance to explore parts of the country that I might not have visited otherwise.
What do you enjoy most about working at Frigcorp?
At Frigcorp we have an amazing team that works cohesively and will always look out for each other.

A single peanut will kill me.
