When engaged to look at the upgrade of the existing mechanic al services system at 3 Bridge St, Pymble, the expert team from Frigcorp went to work on putting together the most modern, efficient and cost effective plan to retro-fit the building.
A complete proposal was put together for the replacement of the existing condenser unit, evaporator condenser, compressor, boilers, exhaust fan systems and integrated building management system as well as all technical works around the installation of these new services. The result was a modern, state of the art retro-fitted mechanical services system that will efficiently and cost-effectively service this building for many years to come.
The brief was simple, but the final plan of attack was quite intricate. The team looked to design and construct a plan that offered the building owner a complete overhaul of the existing services that could be kept and the integration of new, sophisticated machinery to ensure that the new building mechanical services would second to none in functionality and reliability and cost effectiveness.
